Scope
Service scope
This service addresses common cross-region access issues, including inefficient routing, mismatched exit regions and multi-device setup. Choose an international route based on the target service’s region, then use the same account on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux devices. There is no device limit, making it suitable for everyday personal use and temporary business travel.
Operations
Route selection and issue handling
Routes are arranged according to the target region, connection stability and intended use, rather than relying on a single node name as a complete explanation. If a connection becomes unstable, disconnect first, then switch to a route in the same or a nearby region. If the issue continues, submit a ticket through the user panel with your platform, target service and the stage at which the issue occurred to help us identify the cause.
Privacy
Privacy position
VPNHe follows a no-logs service policy and does not record users’ browsing content. Account creation follows data minimization principles: no email address is required, and a username and password are sufficient to create an account. To manage accounts, subscriptions and billing, VPNHe processes only the information needed for these functions; the privacy policy defines the specific scope and retention rules.
Principles
Clear service boundaries
Plan traffic resets monthly on the activation date, while traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing a plan, review its details, route coverage and platform requirements. Refunds after payment follow the 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy. Billing, upgrades and usage limits are governed by the explanations on the plan page and in the Terms of Service.
