Data handling rules

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information VPNHe handles when providing its website, user panel and cross-border network acceleration services, why that information is handled, and how users can manage it. Please read this policy and the applicable terms of use before using the service.

Scope and handling principles

This policy covers VPNHe marketing pages, user panel, subscription services and related support processes. Data is handled only as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, complete orders, troubleshoot issues and keep systems operating properly. Different pages require different information; simply browsing public pages does not require an account.

VPNHe registration does not require an email address: a username and password are sufficient. An email address is therefore not collected as a required registration detail. Users should protect their login credentials carefully. If additional information is voluntarily submitted in a support ticket, it will be used to handle that request and not for unrelated purposes.

Data collected and purposes of use

During account use, VPNHe handles the username, login credentials and account status for identity recognition, login verification and service delivery. For orders, it stores the selected plan, order status, payment channel, amount and necessary transaction identifiers to confirm payment, activate service, process refunds and reconcile accounts.

While the service is running, VPNHe handles aggregated account traffic usage to display plan balances, apply monthly subscription traffic resets or determine remaining package traffic. The website may also generate basic access statistics, such as pages visited, browser type, device category, referring page and error events. These statistics help assess page availability, detect abnormal requests and improve user flows. They are not used to record the specific content users access through international routes.

No-logs policy for network acceleration

VPNHe follows a no-logs service principle. It does not record which websites users visit, which online services they use or what content they transmit, nor does it create browsing records that could reconstruct individual network activity. DNS request content and the body of network communications are not stored as user activity profiles.

The service does not retain connection logs that could permanently associate an account with specific access activity, so there is no retention period for such connection logs. To establish connections, calculate traffic and maintain an active session, the system may handle necessary temporary technical information during the connection. After a session ends, this information is not organized into browsing history. Account traffic summaries show only the amount of traffic used and do not include destinations or communication content.

Cookies and local storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings and necessary session identifiers. These technologies maintain login sessions, restore user choices and reduce repeated actions; they are not used to create cross-site browsing profiles.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status, language selection or some interface preferences may need to be configured again. If storage required for authentication is disabled, user panel login and order management may not work properly.

Payment processing and data sharing

VPNHe supports Alipay, WeChat and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, which may collect information needed to complete a transaction under its own rules. VPNHe receives the order result, amount, payment channel and necessary transaction identifiers, but does not control how third-party payment pages independently process data. Users should also review the privacy rules of their selected payment service.

Except where necessary to complete payments, provide services, handle disputes, protect system operations or comply with applicable requirements, VPNHe does not provide account data to unrelated parties. Providers responsible for infrastructure, payment or technical support process data only to the extent needed to perform their assigned work.

Retention, deletion and policy updates

Account data is retained while an account is active to provide ongoing login, subscription and order lookup functions. Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed for account reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution and applicable requirements. Access statistics and troubleshooting information are deleted or de-identified after analysis or security purposes are complete; data that is no longer needed is not retained solely as a backup.

Users can log in to the panel and submit a support ticket to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. Once a deletion request is completed, account functions and associated subscriptions can no longer be used. Records that must be retained by law or to handle pending orders, refunds or disputes will be cleared after the relevant purpose ends.

This policy may change as service processes, technical measures or applicable rules evolve. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes to data handling methods will be explained in an appropriate location within the user panel.
